AA-    WHO ARE WE

We are the Wimbum Students of Nkambe and Ndu Sub Divisions of Donga - Mantung Division,

-Conscious of our being and in cognizance of our obligations to our people and Fatherland

-With unwavering faith in our elders’ philosophical convention that, Unity is strength, Abih Yu Ngir,.

Here by resolve to form a Union. 

This union shall be apolitical, non-profit making and devoid of all forms of religion and social discrimination.

WHY DO WE EXIST

We exist to unite both in spirit and in body all Wimbum students so that we may work as one body for the improvement of our general welfare.

 To realize this noble goal we do undertake to do the following:

1: Encourage hard work and co-operation amongst our people and at the same time, preserving and asserting our moral values.

2: Spare no efforts in fighting against school dropouts and to encourage our younger brothers and sisters to aspire for greater heights.

3: Encourage the spirit of cultural pride in all “WISUANS” ensuring positive progressive changes in various aspects of our tradition wherever the need may arise.

4: Participate actively in various aspects of community development

5: Encourage and promote General consciousness, the spirit of oneness, fraternity, tolerance and humility.

6: Give our brothers and sisters sound education and vocational guidance

7: Educate and inform our parents, through anti-illiteracy campaigns on the essence of formal education.
